Marketing Manager - Demand Generation

We are looking for our next data-driven Marketing Manager, Demand Generation to develop, implement and execute strategic integrated marketing plans for the NA market focused on new customer acquisition in the enterprise space. This role reports to the VP of Demand Generation, out of Tacton’s North American Headquarters in Chicago.

Your Role on the Team

The Marketing Manager, Demand Generation is the key person to drive collaboration between Sales and Marketing to generate high quality leads that translate to pipeline. Additionally, you will work closely with other functions including content, product marketing, and inside sales to ensure you have relevant content collateral and prospect outreach is properly executed.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute data-driven strategic integrated marketing plans including email, digital advertising, content syndication and media placements.
  • Orchestrate event marketing initiatives for both in-person (when possible) and virtual experiences including support webinar planning and execution for the NA market.
  • Drive brand awareness through industry media, PR, trade organization partnerships to establish Tacton as the leading provider of CPQ software for complex manufacturing
  • Become an expert in Tacton’s solutions, our clients and their buying criteria to create experiences that drive inbound demand/demo requests
  • Partner with Inside Sales to identify and focus on target accounts in our TAM to drive pipeline generation
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Partnerships to support content marketing, thought leadership initiatives and deployment of assets in campaigns.
  • Oversee marketing operations and reporting to quantify key metrics and ROI across various marketing channels
Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience managing data-driven integrated marketing campaigns with experience in digital marketing, campaign management and marketing automation.
  • Experience building and managing omnichannel campaigns supporting monthly pipeline goals.
  • Knowledge of persona development and audience segmentation for advertising and email campaigns.
  • Comfort and excitement about communicating with customers when applicable.
  • Comfortable partnering with Sales stakeholders to execute customer segmentation and account targeting.
  • Understanding of marketing funnel progression to measure and report campaign KPIs, ROI on marketing activities.
  • Experience working with marketing automation systems like Pardot, Hubspot or Marketo. Experience working with ABM tools is a plus.
