As we are growing, we are now recruiting for our next Launch Manager.

What this means is that you, as Launch Manager, take your place in the driver seat to ensure a rapid and impactful Go-To-Market of Tacton’s products – from game-changing software enhancements to market defining new tools, together with your team. You will ensure customer centricity throughout the launch and optimize the buyer journey of Tacton’s customers.

As our Launch Manager you are responsible for customer centricity throughout the launch and optimize the buyer journey of Tacton’s customers. The role requires that you are both a great team player that enjoys working in challenging projects as well as being able to work independently and consistently deliver with efficiency and great quality.


Who are you? 

  • 5+ years’ experience in launch/go-to-market management, release management or sales related functions.
  • 3+ years’ experience in designing and implementing product releases and launches, preferably in a fast-paced, SaaS-delivery environment.
  • High impact success driving cross-functional and cross-departmental change management and problem resolution.
  • High sense of urgency and visionary work ethic required to drive business outcomes.
  • Experience working in or with direct sales, sales engineering and partner sales in an enterprise software and/or SaaS environment.
  • Experience working in or with product management.
  • Basic technical understanding of SaaS-products.
  • Strong communication skills in spoken and written English. Other language skills are beneficial.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification is a merit
  • A love for working with people from different cultures.

What are the expectations on this role? 

  • Develop launch plans including key objectives, strategies, plans and priorities with key milestones.
  • Responsible for ensuring cross functional alignment & communication between stakeholders, tracking toward launch milestones and overall readiness.
  • Continued refinement of the launch process including developing best practices and tools that drive efficient and effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Establish and track launch metrics and reporting, with a goal of continuous improvement over time and with every launch.
  • Establish and track a comprehensive set of collateral, assets, sales enablement, and outbound marketing deliverables required for a successful launch.
  • Support product management in delivering into the launch plan and following up on deliverables.
  • Support product marketing and outbound marketing teams in the completion of deliverables.
  • Support the roll-out with all customer facing teams: Sales team, Customer service and support teams.
  • Help develop our product marketing go-to-market messaging. You’ll be instrumental in generating ideas, testing, documenting, and optimizing the marketing activities to establish a framework as we scale.
