In our team, you will be responsible for working directly with several of our customers. You will network across both IT and business units and be the key contact from the start of the customer onboarding. Our Customer Success Managers work closely with both the Sales Department to find new opportunities, renewals and upsell, and with our Support Teams to secure customer success and a satisfying customer journey. You will support a successful implementation – across a broad set of offerings and business needs. The focus is to drive every customer to become successful and to take responsibility for the customer adoption and lifecycle.
Who are you?
We are looking for a hands-on, self-starter candidate that, like us, gets highly motivated when a customer is happy, who loves to solve unexpected problems and who lives and breathes efficient cross-functional processes. You have documented experience of managing customer accounts from a service delivery perspective. We also expect you to have a professional background that enables you to build strong relationships with our customers. You are comfortable working with both engineers, IT professionals and higher management and you are an excellent team player.
You are the one we are looking for, if you have
- 5+ years of experience in the industry preferably working with advanced deliveries
- 2+ years of experience working as a key account manager or as a line manager
- A proven track record of working with deliveries in medium and large global and strategic enterprise accounts
- Consultative solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise ROI to help the customers revolutionize their processes, to grow, and to become more competitive
- Experience with configuration technologies and solutions
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, business, or related field (Masters preferred)
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English and German
