SDR - Sales development Representative (EMEA)

We are looking for 2 German Speaking Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to primarily focus on growth in the Europe region.

What you’ll do:
As our Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for cultivating an early-stage pipeline by acting as the front line to engagement with some of the world’s most recognizable and respected manufacturing brands. You will own the process for lead prospecting, development and qualification to generate sales engagement opportunities for your EMEA Field Sales team.
You will work closely with our Field Sales and Marketing teams to find areas of improvement related to the lead generation, lead management and lead-to-opportunities processes.
You will report to Victor Dembovsky, Senior VP Sales, and will be based out of our Stockholm office, our Karlsruhe office, or fully remote. We live our “hybrid way of working”, from home and from the office.
You may be asked to travel for Tacton a few times a year.
Who will thrive in this role:
You are outgoing, confident, and most of all, comfortable engaging with manufacturing executives on video/phone calls to understand their needs, educate them on Tacton’s value and demonstrate Tacton’s software offerings.
You have a growth mindset and are willing to learn. We value Collaboration and actively support each other, especially with your team. You value openness and honesty. Being at ease with interacting and collaborating across all company levels, with international teams and multiple cultures is in your nature.
Key skills required:
- At least 1 year of experience in Inside Sales or Business Development, preferably in SaaS companies
- Detailed in organizing account information, tracking activities, and follow-up in a timely manner
- Prospecting experience (email & phone) required
- Ability to deliver engaging conversations with customers/prospects, which is why we require excellent communication skills (written and oral) and being at ease with C-level interactions.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM, High-Velocity Selling, ZoomInfo (or similar), and/or LinkedIn Sales Navigators is appreciated.
- Internal account management and outbound call experience a plus
- Fluent English and German are mandatory. English is our language of work, and German will be key to approaching the DACH market.
