In the role of Global Accountant, you will be part of the four-person accounting team and you will report to the Global Accounting Manager.

About the role
As a Global Accountant you will have the main responsibility for the accounting regarding the legal entities. This includes both basic registrations as well as monthly-, quarterly- and yearend closing and annual reporting.

You will be the superuser and system owner of the ERP system Workday and will be the key person for keeping Tacton a´jour with updates and news. The role as a Global Accountant will require you to develop processes and make the work in our systems more efficient as well as having the main contact with our support partner.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 5-7 years of experience within the field of accounting and finance.
• Knowledge and experience working in several ERP-systems, such as Workday. 
• Theoretical and practical knowledge in accounting, reconciliations, and reporting.
  
• Good knowledge of using Excel is needed.
  
• Good documentation skills.
  
• Good communication skills, both in Swedish and English.

Nice to have

• Preferably worked in an accounting firm or in smaller entities so you are familiar with all the different tasks that must be handled in a Finance department (high and low) e.g., bank payments, VAT, and tax issues.
• Experience from working with Salesforce. 
• Experience from the SAAS industry.
