Senior Account Executive
About the role
Tacton is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our EMEA Sales team. In this role, you will work closely with our commercial team, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Marketing to develop and execute strategic account plans that drive significant software deals and bring them to closure.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will serve as a strategic advisor to our customers, engaging with multiple executive stakeholders across business and IT functions. You will lead the discovery process, strategy, and value mapping to analyze the customer’s business needs and position the best solutions to achieve the desired outcomes.
What you will do
- Build Qualified Sales Pipelines: Identify and cultivate prospective clients to develop a robust sales pipeline.
- Drive Value-Based Sales: Focus on winning new, strategic key accounts using a value-based sales approach.
- Execute Sales Strategy: Align your efforts with key metrics in the EMEA Sales strategy to drive results.
- Salesforce Management: Keep Salesforce updated and manage forecasts effectively.
- Implement Sales Metrics: Develop and implement systems to measure sales performance.
- Achieve Sales Objectives: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Negotiate Contracts: Lead negotiations for commercial and legal contracts to close new deals.
- Lead Discovery Process: Drive the discovery process to uncover customer needs and opportunities.
- Create Customer Presentations: Develop and present tailored solutions to qualify use cases and advance the sales process.
Requirements
- At least 7+ Years of experience in technology software solutions for global enterprise accounts,preferably within a CPQ environment..
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equal.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Business knowledge and experience in building and managing professional services business, ideally within B2B SaaS software, technology, or the manufacturing industry.
