German-Speaking Customer Success Manager for our Enterprise Customers

At Tacton, we don’t just deliver software—we build long-term partnerships that drive business transformation. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our enterprise customers maximize the value of their investment in our CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions.
What you will do
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Tacton, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, strategic relationships with several of our key enterprise customers. This role is essential for our business model by overseeing the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation to renewal and expansion. In this role, you will be the owner of your customer portfolio, acting not only as a key point of contact but also as a trusted advisor and advocate for the customer within Tacton. You will be instrumental in ensuring that customers' voices are heard while proactively identifying opportunities to drive their success. Additionally, you must be able to navigate and balance the needs of various internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment between customer objectives and Tacton’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own customer relationships – Serve as the primary point of contact for several of our larger customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with upper management across both IT and business departments.
- Drive business value – Act as a trusted advisor, ensure customers achieve their goals through the full lifecycle of the CPQ solution, from onboarding to value realization.
- Increase product adoption – Proactively engage with customers to help them leverage our technology for maximum impact.
- Identify new opportunities – Collaborate with Sales to drive growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Prevent churn and boost retention – Anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Work cross-functionally – Partner with Product, Services, and Support teams to create a frictionless customer journey.
Who you are
- 5–10 years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Fluent in German and English – You can communicate seamlessly in both languages.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills meaning the ability to engage at C-level
- A problem solver – you understand business processes and can turn challenges into actionable solutions.
- Tech-savvy mindset – Experience with CPQ, ERP, or enterprise software solutions is a big plus.

Furthermore, we offer you a fun and challenging role and flexible work environment in the heart of Stockholm. We meet in the office approximately between two to three days a week.
