People Business Partner to fast-growing SaaS Company
About the role
We are looking for a People Business Partner with a strategic mindset and a willingness to be hands-on, to join our People Experience team for a parental leave cover. In this role, you will take over the responsibilities of our current People Business Partner and act as a trusted advisor to managers. You will support both day-to-day People operations and long-term people initiatives, helping to drive performance, engagement, and development across the organization.
As the sole People Business Partner representative in Sweden, you will be responsible for the full HR scope—from hands-on admin and operational tasks to driving strategic people initiatives that support our business goals. Today Tacton is a global team of 200 employees and growing.
You will report to the Chief People & Culture Officer and be based at our Stockholm HQ. We live our “hybrid way of working” – and expect you to work from the office together with the team, three days a week.
What you will do
- Partnering with all managers in Stockholm, with a dedicated focus on supporting the R&D organization in both operational and strategic people matters. Serving as the sole People Business Partner in Sweden, supporting approximately 120 employees nationwide.
- Advise and coach managers on labor law, performance, feedback, employee relations, and team development.
- Drive and improve key people processes such as performance development, salary reviews, and engagement activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational changes and people initiatives.
- Use data and insights to proactively identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Swedish labor law and internal policies.
- Be the super user of Workday – manage global HR data and transactions in Workday, in close collaboration with Finance.
- Stay updated on and contribute to the use of AI tools and technology that support people processes and enhance employee experience.
What do we offer
At our fast-paced, product-focused SaaS company, you’ll have the opportunity to drive real impact – where your ideas and initiatives actively shape the employee experience. You'll be part of a global, collaborative People Experience team that values both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, giving you the chance to make a difference every day while growing together with passionate colleagues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner / People Business Partner role or similar.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and Swedish.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Swedish employment law, labor legislation, policies, and HR operational practices. Comfortable with handling negotiations with Unions self independently.
- Proven experience in handling compensation- and employee relations matters.
- Solid experience with MS Office 365; familiarity with Workday and Leapsome is a strong plus.
- Experience and/or strong interest in exploring and leveraging AI tools in HR is a plus.
Who you are
You’re someone who naturally sees the bigger picture and understands how People initiatives can truly support and enable the core business. With a strong business mindset and a clear sense of structure and prioritization, you’re confident taking ownership, making decisions independently, and driving things forward.
You’re curious by nature – eager to learn, open to new ways of working, and unafraid to question the status quo. Complex or sensitive topics don’t scare you and you bring a thoughtful, solution-oriented approach to the table.
You thrive in collaboration, bring a positive, can-do attitude to your team, and care deeply about people. Creating a great employee experience isn’t just a goal – it’s something you genuinely enjoy and are passionate about.
