About the role
We’re looking for someone who is curious, responsible, and ready to grow in a role within cybersecurity and data protection. You’ll work closely with our Security and Compliance Manager and receive both guidance and room to develop within the field.

What you will do
As a Cybersecurity & Compliance Specialist, you will play an important part in our security efforts. Your tasks may include:

· Making risk assessments, incident handling, and security reviews

· Participating in the development of internal policies, processes, guidelines, and training materials

· Contributing to compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001 and SOC2, as well as taking part in external and internal audits.

· Following up on activities related to information security

· Collaborating with different parts of the organization on security matters, for example our IT-department.

Requirements

· Bring approximately 2–7 years of experience from a similar role and a desire to grow within security & compliance

· Have a strong interest in technology, legal, and business topics related to information security and data protection

· Enjoy collaborating, communicating, and taking responsibility

· Are structured but also pragmatic – you like finding solutions

· Have a university degree in a relevant field, e.g. IT, engineering, law or business administration.
