Renewal Manager

Tacton has an exciting opening for a Renewal Manager to join our Customer Success team in Stockholm. This position will help our Customer Success team in meeting business objectives and securing adoptions and renewals.

The Renewal Manager will be responsible to build and maintain an efficient and automated renewal process.  You will handle all maintenance renewals for entire Tacton group globally, both direct sales and indirect sales via partners.

This role offers the unique opportunity to touch all parts of the business. You will work as the liaison between all units at Tacton in relation to renewal of recurring revenue.

This role requires a highly organized and disciplined individual who will partner with Customer Success managers to close renewal opportunities. The candidate must possess great interpersonal skills and excel in negotiation with customers and partners.

You will be based in our headquartered in the center of Stockholm You will report to the VP Customer Success

Responsibilities in Customer Lifecycle management

  • Execute all phases of subscription renewal lifecycle to ensure the highest renewal rate possible
  • Drive customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with our customers, through professional handling conducting of maintenance and subscription renewals
  • Develop effective recurring revenue generation tactics and processes for our customer and partner base via an automated, efficient process which includes uniformed renewal timelines and tool-based planning, monitoring and execution
  • Drive retention and renewals, and manage recurring revenue in accordance with KPIs
  • Upgrade and renegotiate old legacy and low-priced agreements by convincing communication about our (maintenance) value proposition.
  • Handle upsell of license and services to customer base and partners in accordance with KPIs
  • Ensure and perform timely invoicing to customers according to current company policy

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Highly detailed oriented with the ability to manage a large volume of accounts, tasks and responsibilities
  • 3-5 years of experience in the industry preferable working with advanced deliveries
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English. German is a plus
  • Strong customer service, listening and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with SaaS-based applications and services preferred
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com preferred
  • Self Starter / High Energy / Positive Attitude / Customer Focused
