Senior Account Executive
Tacton is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our Sales team. In this role, you will work closely with our Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Marketing Teams to sell into both new logo prospects and a subset of current customers.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will serve as a strategic advisor, engaging with multiple executive stakeholders across business and IT functions. You will lead the discovery process, strategy, and value mapping to analyze the customer’s business needs and position the best solutions to achieve the desired outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 7+ Years of experience in technology software solutions
- Experience in fast growth, private equity owned environments preferred
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

We understand compensation is a principal factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Tacton we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $123,000-175,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
