Accountant
Tacton is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to join our high-performing Finance team, reporting directly to the VP of Finance. In this role, you’ll take ownership of key revenue and invoicing processes while gaining hands-on experience across the full accounting cycle in a global SaaS environment.

What You Will Do
· Own and manage the end-to-end customer invoicing process
· Interpret customer agreements to ensure accurate billing schedules and revenue recognition in accordance with GAAP/IFRS
· Record incoming payments and perform account reconciliations
· Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations and the Renewal Manager to ensure alignment and accuracy
· Support day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close activities, including processing supplier invoices, supplier payments, sales tax, tax filing in collaboration with accounting form, payroll accounting, and expenses.
· Assist with financial analysis, reporting, and insights related to revenue and key performance metrics
· Contribute to FP&A activities, including forecasting and variance analysis
Who We’re Looking For
· Proven experience in invoicing and accounts receivable, preferably in a complex or high-volume environment
· Working knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS, including revenue recognition principles
· Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business is a strong advantage
· Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with Workday and/or Salesforce is a plus
· Solid understanding of accounting principles, including reconciliations and month-end close processes
· Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze and interpret financial data
· Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and insights
· Experience in FP&A, including forecasting and variance analysis, is a plus
· Strong documentation and organizational skills
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a focus on meeting deadlines

At Tacton we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $85,000-110,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change.
