About the role as Project Coordinator 

We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator to coordinate and organize all types of service deliveries from single resource assignments to teams working with a customer.

Being accountable for project administrative tasks including gathering statuses from project members and presenting progress to management and clients.

Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our sales and delivery organizations to prepare drafts of plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for our small projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedules, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.


  • Liaise with Customer Success Management and Finance Department to make sure invoicing Clients process accuracy and smoothness.
  • Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information.
  • Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
  • Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves.
  • Identifying risks and participate in risk mitigations planning.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project processes, documentation, plans and reports.
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
  • An ability to prepare and interpret status reports, flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Able to speak German.


  • Excellent in verbal and written communication both in Swedish and English.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  •  Strongly proactive approach and self-starter.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic changes.


  • Experience in using Jira.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools.
  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or Finance AR or similar role.
