Tacton is on the lookout for a data-driven and results-oriented Marketing Automation Manager to join our innovative global marketing team. This role is pivotal in shaping our marketing automation processes, optimizing data management, and ensuring seamless alignment between marketing and sales initiatives. As a Marketing Automation Manager at Tacton, you will play a critical role in enhancing our marketing capabilities and delivering meaningful insights that fuel business growth. Your responsibilities will include optimizing campaign workflows, implementing lead management strategies, and ensuring data accuracy across platforms. Reporting directly to Lori McInerney, SVP Global Marketing, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and other parts of the organization, to create impactful marketing initiatives. Together, we aim to drive growth and establish Tacton as a clear market leader in the CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) space.

Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Campaigns: Build efficient workflows to streamline processes and boost campaign engagement.
- Lead Management: Collaborate closely with sales to ensure alignment. Develop and implement lead distribution models to ensure prompt and effective follow-ups.
- Data Accuracy: Maintain error-free data synchronization across platforms like Pardot and Salesforce.
- Insights & Reporting: Create and manage dashboards providing real-time campaign performance insights.
- Technology Integration: Evaluate and integrate marketing tools to enhance productivity and campaign execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor within relevant field.
- At least five years of experience in Marketing operations.
- Strong analytical and project management skills to design scalable processes and measure outcomes.
- Experience in lead management and nurturing strategies to drive MQL to SQL conversions.
- Proven expertise in marketing platforms such as Pardot, Salesforce or similar, and experience in Zapier or automation tool.
- Knowledge of privacy regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Driven and energetic with excellent collaboration and communication skills to align cross-functional teams.
